Hmmm, because at that year, Allah S.W.T gave DCAS a lot presents in 2013.
For the opening year, in March our battery got :

First place for percussion contest

First place for individual snare by Fuad Hasan

First place for individual multitom by Abdul Karim
And it such a beautiful gifts in the first

Selanjutnya, DCAS
kembali memperoleh gelar juara. Kami mendapat juara umum divisi umum pada event
piala walikota Surabaya di UPN.
In the middle of the
year, we got some job. DCAS pergi ke Probolinggo untuk bertanding pada
Kejuaraan Provinsi 2013. Dan hasilnya sangat memuaskan, diantaranya:

Juara umum dengan perolehan 4 emas, 2 perak, dan
1 perunggu

Juara 1 LBB
·
Juara 1 LUG
·
Juara 1 LBJP (speed) putri
·
Juara 1 LKKB (enduro) putra
·
Juara 2 LBJP (speed) putra

Juara 2 LKKB (enduro) putri

And we were surprised of
the result from Jember. September, 17th-22nd 2013 we followed International Jember Open Marching Competition II (JOMC II). We got new
experience in international competition. What a pretty gift for us. It wasn’t
just a gift, but it such new things to learn that can improved us to become
better than before. Achievements we got:

The champion of JOMC 2013 in general division

1st place for analisa music horn line
·
1st place for analisa music percussion line
·
1st place for display and show manship
·
1st place for general effect
·
2nd place for field commander
·
2nd place for street parade
·
2nd place for color guard
·
4th place for drum battle
Ini bukanlah akhir dari perjuangan kami. Setelah ini kami akan membuka
halaman-halaman baru untuk diperjuangkan pada tahun-tahun selanjutnya.
Sebagai penutup tahun
2013, DCAS menjadi partisipan pada parade Hari Pahlawan 10 November, yang
bertepatan dengan hari jadi DCAS. Thanks God, for gives us long life. Now we
are 4th. For most people, 4 is just a
number, but for us, it means a lot.
And it is our story
about how grateful God it is, and why we like number 13.
